Breakfast

1/2 cup of egg beaters

1/2 cup of old fashioned oatmeal

2 tsp of shredded coconut

1 8ounce glass of Trop 50 OJ

2 coffee

Lunch

1 marinated tilapia filet (baked)

1.5 cup of mixed vegetables
